This lock is exactly what I wanted. I can control it from anywhere there is a cellular signal because I also bought a gateway for it. It's unlocked very quickly, either via Bluetooth, wirelessly via a gateway, or by entering a PIN code. It also has a key as well as a 9V battery backup from the outside so you can open the door in case the 4 AA batteries run out. It also opens with a key if you remove the protective cap. Love the fact that it pairs well with Alexa and works well with it despite the negative reviews on the TTLock app. It doesn't take a genius to install this lock. If you set it up with Alexa, don't forget to add "+1" in front of your phone number when trying to link it. This is a step up and why so many people who have the app have given it 1 star.
