Review on Starrey Reflective Tape DOT C2 Intensity by Thasapon Keitt

Purchased for use on flat metal surfaces on a hitch mounted bike rack It seems to work satisfactorily for this application however I have used it on the carbon fiber blades of my kayak paddle and despite surface prep with alcohol and acetone the tape will come up immediately, contact with water only speeds up this process, unlike the reflective tapes of other well-known brands I've used, the adhesive is poor, and the rigidity of the white prism base prevents it from self-sealing on slightly curved surfaces g is liable. Also, when trying to peel the clear plastic backing covering the adhesive, the white prismatic material also peels away from the red. I'll look for a higher quality tape source.
