I received it on January 24; today, February 17, I quit reading and writing; it is not formatted in any way from the word at all! Did everything that could be done. Simply displays the files that are already present; nothing else! Delete causes nothing to change, and writing causes the content to not be displayed. I called Samsung's customer service, but they didn't really say much other than "check in another PC or contact a service center." There is no option to return the product. "more than 15 days have passed since the order" - contact the service center alone; but, of course, I do not have a service center in the city.) I researched other reviews with a poor rating both here and on other sites and understood that I'm not the only one with such a problem. It's about the gadget itself. Thank you, Samsung, for the wasted hours, frazzled nerves, and lost 2,000 dollars!
