Soft AND still firm!
I am not a fan of solid memory foam pillows. Yes, they conform, but when first putting your head on them it feels like slapping it on a hard surface. Shredded memory foam is amazing though! They conform to your position and are soft from the start yet firm enough to give support for any sleeping position. The case of these pillows is breathable so it allows for a slightly cooler feel, something very nice for those who like the "cool side” of their pillow.
