The best thing about desk 360 is that it's easy to use with good performance and with great UI/ UX! All three aspects are top notch. Customer service is fast, polite and professional. I do not think there is something really hard to like about desktop 360. Easy to deploy, intuitive user experience, good features but not so expensive. If you're looking for a robust product that will last longer than two decades, check out desk 360. We're using Desktop 360 as our front-facing customer engagement solution. What used to be frustrating now feels effortless. We've also been able to improve satisfaction as we move our team more toward self-service. I like the ability to have a 360 degree view of my clients. It provides a great way to view my clients on their smartphones. It's easy to navigate and the customer service is great. I wish they would give me a better way to filter through the messages. I'm still learning the system and how to utilize it. I'm still working on how to best utilize the system. I'm solving problems for my clients.
