More comfortable than I expected and the gray fabric looks good enough to wear in our everyday office environment. I wear a 9.5 medium and they fit true to size. I haven't spent much time on a skateboard in the last 25 years so I can't confirm if they are really suitable for professional skateboarding use. However, they are claimed to be made of "anti-ultraviolet fabric" and my feet have not sunburned in these shoes.
