I purchased this item to add to my tool arsenal as it turned out to be of good quality. I recently felt the need to use it and found out the opposite. The 25mm collet I needed was not made properly and was only open on one side of the perforations. The conical clearance in the tool head is not seated correctly and pushes the dowel out on one side. Unfortunately, I only found out about this after the return period for the tool had expired. Would happily return it if I could, I hope other collets don't have the same problem.
