I put a few holes in my first bite valve and it started leaking. It just dripped and pooled water on the front of the bite valve and on the lid for me to handle, but I also regularly poured water on myself (I forgot there was water pooling). I'm definitely more than excited for a new bite valve, especially at such a good price. It fits perfectly, seems a lot stronger than my first one and best of all it doesn't leak! You have to cut the straw but to be honest I didn't even need a new straw as the straws are really strong so I'll get to that later.
