Never worked directly at a point of sale (POS)
Bought this to work with my retail books. He didn't read the ISBN numbers and cut them off. So I went to Zebra and downloaded a program to tweak what it reads and it stopped working at all. So I went to support and can't find the serial number and then it needs the model number. Not even that. LS2208 is not a model number. I don't know if I got a bad one or it's fake but mine doesn't work!
