Review on ๐Ÿงค FIDESTE Waterproof Ski Mittens: Winter Warm Snow Mitts for Men & Women with Touch Screen Function- Gloves by Dante Obong

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good for a backup pair I think. The size is strange, everything is a little wrong

you have something beautiful. The wide cuff protects against drafts and prevents snow from penetrating the sleeves. It's also nice to be waterproof. Both wrist and cuff. But I got the impression that the person who designed them was just trying to reverse engineer good gloves and had actually never worn gloves before. The fingers have no precision or dexterity, the fingertips are just a square seam. A sign of inferior gloves. No touch screen at hand. They are grippy so you can move around the device. But compared to how well-known branded gloves work, like the E-tip that North Side uses, they don't do very well. The size is wrong. We have a large size for a woman who usually wears women's sizes and they are too big. A full inch more at the top. Therefore, I suspect that the size is based on men's gloves. Another sign of poor quality gloves is inaccurate sizing. So I think they will be suitable as a backup pair. I'm just scratching my head, why would anyone buy these when you can get an American made, well fitting, quality branded glove for a few dollars more or even the same price? Black Diamond, Marmot, Rei, North Face, Burton all have entry level gloves in the same price range and good quality gloves with cuff lengths around $10 more.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • almost everything is ok
