I wanted a compact and high-quality sound for a computer. It was decided to pick up a short soundbar up to 60cm long. Considered: Xiaomi Mi TV Soundbar - it is not at all suitable for music, Creative Stage - 2.1 with a subwoofer - good bass, but disgusting body performance, background in speakers and Canton DM 5 Soundbar - ideal in sound, but the price did not suit. Therefore, a compromise was chosen - JBL Bar 2.0 All-in-One. And so, what I wanted - wireless computer speakers for playing games and listening to music from your phone via bluetooth. What I got: monolithic acoustics of excellent workmanship, laconic design (it fits perfectly on a desk shelf and even under a 27-inch monitor!) But there is also a fly in the ointment - via Bluetooth, in fact, they cannot be used as a permanent playback device, due to falling asleep speakers in no sound for 10 minutes! I had to connect the speaker using optical SPDIF (which, unfortunately, I didn’t have in my computer, I had to solder the optical transmitter from the old motherboard and make a TTL-Spdif / spdif toslink adapter). And now, after connecting with an optical cable, everything fell into place! The soundbar now turns on itself when the computer is turned on, it works constantly while the computer is turned on, the sound has become quieter but also more powerful, voluminous (than bluetooth), and the equalizer on the PC has eliminated all sound flaws. Bottom line: If your TV, computer does not have optical sound or HDMI, do not even try to buy these speakers. But if you foresee everything before buying, you will get a high-quality, compact and modern device. for kitchen or small room, which not only allows you to watch TV and movies with powerful sound effects, but also listen to music with good quality.
