I like it and it works well

I am a full time pulmonary critical care doctor and have used a littman forever. My prior littman stethoscope broke and I decided to try this out. Quite simply brilliant and love it. Would buy it again. Given the amount of disposable sthetoscopes I use for patients in isolation these days, I have gotten used to dealing with inferior steths. This particular one is very good and a fraction of the price. Like I tell my residents, the most important aspect of auscultation is using the machinery between the earpieces

Pros

This is a very good quality stethoscope. Good sound and durable. Priced nice as well.

Cons

The tubing may produce a lot of noise with movement, affecting the accuracy of readings
