If you don't use waterproof mascara, I would recommend Almay's non-greasy makeup remover. This one is clearly oil based and removes makeup fairly easily, but I find it takes a little more effort to remove the mascara than without oil. I expected it to be more efficient. I like the idea of the oil moisturizing the eye area, but I'm not sure it's enough to offset the extra rubbing required to remove makeup. Like its oil-free counterpart, it's hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, which is a plus for me. Whether you prefer an oil-based makeup remover or wear harsher makeup removers like waterproof mascara, these pads will come in handy. They definitely do their job and leave the eye area soft. If you want to put your makeup back on right away, you should wash it off first as it leaves oil on your skin, which is great if you do it before bed. I hope you find this review helpful.
