I like that it's been able to help me grow my business over time since we started using them for our marketing efforts about 4 months ago! They have helped us get more customers by increasing website visits from 3k per month at start of partnership with FQ down now below 2K which still isn't bad considering how long they've worked together thus far (4+ years). The only thing i dislike as an owner/operator has nothing but potential improvements - would be better customer service if this were possible- not sure why you can do email campaigns or send out invoices via chat though so no huge issues there just seems easier when working wtih larger companies where support staff are present 24hrs 7 days etc.
