I love that they are very easy to work with and have great customer service! They also give you so much flexibility when it comes down to customization of your website or server as well which makes things easier for me in terms of maintaining my site.

There really isn't anything bad about this provider at all but if there was one thing we could improve upon then that would be an option where users were ableto log into their account via Facebook more easily. The benefit has been huge because now our customers can get online using only ONE login rather than 2 separate ones (the standard username/password).
