I love that they are very easy to work with and have great customer service! They also give you so much flexibility when it comes down to customization of your website or server as well which makes things easier for me in terms of maintaining my site. The customer support service was fast to respond but I had issues with my billing account. They were able to resolve within minutes but it took me weeks to get credit back into my bank due to how long their response time was. It's been years since we've used this provider so can't say that they are better or worse than others in terms of quality now compared to then. The ease of use for setting up new sites or transferring existing ones to different domains/hosts (even if they are in other registrars). Their support staff can be very slow at responding to tickets but I think this has improved over time with their newer employees who seem more responsive than some older guys we dealt with previously!
