I like that it is easy to access through our website as well as directly from my computer or smartphone/tablet devices! The customer service can be better sometimes but they are quick to respond once you contact them via emailing support@blendberggroup.com We use Blender for various projects including websites, eCommerce sites (storefronts), social media posts with analytics included in reporting section of dashboard - so far we haven't found anything disliking about its features at this time. It's been very helpful because of all of its different functions available within one platform which makes management much easier when creating content using SEO tools etc..
