Great customer service and intuitive pump design allowed me to install it myself. It was actually nice, quite satisfying to do this setup myself. An important lesson I learned during this process is that you need to know the diameter of your sump and make sure the pump you order matches that diameter. My particular hole is on the smaller side, 11 inches in diameter. This pump is ideal for working in tighter pits as it pumps directly from the top rather than the side. As a result, it takes up less space. The swimmer is also in this unique protective cage. You will appreciate this feature even more when you look at the product details and features of each product.
