Review on 🪚 CMT PPJ-002 Pocket-Pro Starter Set: Compact and Convenient Woodworking Essential Kit by Jason Flores

CMT PPJ-02 Pocket-Pro Starter Kit is excellent for pocket gauges. Thickness of the boards, simply loosen the two knobs and slide the template up or down to adjust for the thickness of the wood. Used the jig the day after it arrived this week to build a cedar planter box as a Mother's Day gift. Worked with a variety of cedar boards, 1x4, 1x6, 2x4, 4x4Kit came with a pocket hole gauge, barrel clamp, drill bit (with a retaining ring already attached), screwdriver and a few pocket hole screws. However, the kit did not include an Allen key, which is required if you need to adjust the locking ring. It's also a metric sized allen wrench, so my standard/English sized wrench set didn't fit - either too small or not big enough. This is the only reason I didn't give this pocket hole jig 5 stars. Everything else is valuable and a typical product from CMT Orange Tools.
