Knew this would be on the small side and thought it would be helpful for my sons room to manage with remote control. Not extremely intuitive I will have to go back through the user manual to try to figure out how to get the remote to work properly.Issues I’ve come across so far. . .1) Set temperatures are not exactly where I would like the room temperature set at. see pictures attached. (I have another tower heater that will monitor room temperature to auto correct to that temperature as set to adjustable digital temperature)2) Remote power button doesn’t exactly turn the unit on/off as expected. (Not sure if it’s a remote issue or design flaw issue)3) Extra power on/of switch located in the back of the unit. Not quite sure why there’s 2 power switches. (Could be because the top unit control panel is extremely sensitive.)4) short tower top controls are touch sensitive by the slightest touch.5) cool "fan” feature will not help during a Texas Summer so if you’re looking for a true dual heat/cool tower this is not the one for you.6) Not sure if it will heat up a room or just an area where you’re sitting, etc.Pros: heats up. Did turn on and heat up the area. Excellent safety features it will turn off if tilted even a little bit. Has the extra power on/off switch in the back to keep unit off when not needed. Comes with a remote that has a battery.Cons: control panel is super sensitive to touch. Remote is not the best. Not 100% confident the remote is working properly overall. Remote is white and the tower is black. It’s not a huge deal but you really wouldn’t think it belongs to this heater if you didn’t open the box yourself.Would I order this again? Probably not.
