Thanks Chefible! I was brought to tears as the last 3 weeks have been very busy for me and my child (small business). In the midst of getting ready for events, I received my last order for cupcakes and they were delivered to me. They were on time but unfortunately 2 out of 4 were cracked. I only needed 2 at a time so I didn't think much about it. I notified Amazon and they said they would refund my money. So! the package arrived - I didn't expect anything and to my surprise, Chfible replaced the entire order! Chefible personally extended his hand to apologize. The containers seal well - I've even dropped thawed cupcakes and the lid didn't open. My customer had a bumpy ride with a car full of things that could damage the cupcakes, but she even mentioned how good the containers were. I am happy with my purchase and even happier with the customer service!
