My latest experience with Anon left me feeling dissatisfied, even though I am a loyal customer of the company. Their customer service and shipping both leave a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have an impressive assortment of equipment for winter sports. When I called customer service with a query about a particular item, I was required to wait for a considerable amount of time before being transferred to a number of different representatives, none of whom were able to provide a response that met my requirements. In addition, the time it took for my order to appear was significantly longer than the time it was going to take to ship, and the tracking information that was provided was inaccurate. I attempted to contact customer support regarding the delay; however, they did not respond to my inquiry and were of no assistance. Although Anon's products might have a high level of quality in general, the company's shipping and customer support policies are so unreliable that it is difficult to rationalize doing business with them in the future.
