This monitor is so good you won't want to work on anything else! It's a big screen with a rounded glossy black bezel and a smooth glossy finish, meaning it's a bit glaring when backlit. Many people involved in precision computer design do not like such monitors, a screen with a clear picture, this is a cat's meow. The built-in speakers aren't the loudest. So if you're a music or video lover, or work in a large or noisy environment, you'll need external speakers. The monitor can be tilted, but without height adjustment. It also has a somewhat limited viewing angle - it's easily visible from most angles, but the light quickly dims unless you're directly in front of you (of course, with a screen this size, you're almost always directly in front of you, so it's almost debatable).
