Not KT tape: my feedback
It is very stretchy. And has very poor adhesion. It said it would stick for a few days, it didn't. A half day and it was done. I have used KT tape for my plantar fasciitis, and it worked amazingly well. This was not even close. It didn't hold the muscle in place like KT tape does.
- A good item if you are doing a lot of sportvery handy and useful
- Not as good as expected unstickee min after put it on
