Review on The Chat Shop by Calvin Chavva

I love how easy it was for me as an agent that could not attend training or have previous experience in this area! It has been great so far but there are some features we do need like more customization options (like adding pictures) which would be nice if they add these soon!! Overall very good software though considering its price point you can't go wrong here especially when looking at all other competitors out their currently available now too. A plus side i see from my team using them everyday also helps us grow our business by getting new leads daily :) Also being able to track activity levels within each person who uses the tool makes life easier! Helps keep everyone up-to date about what needs attention/work etc. Keep growing your numbers every day because thats where most people will come into contact first before contacting support teams such as ours via tickets ect.. Its awesome knowing whats going well compared against.
