normal role. Not what they used to be.

I love the design of this tape measure! I bought this to replace another one I've had for years and it still works! I've been in the construction industry for 30 years and use a tape measure every day. All the big retailers started selling big, bulky, heavy tapes with huge tips. What I hate about the real world of building. My current Stanley PowerLock tape measure is lasting so long, the seal on the case has worn off, but the tape itself still works. I decided to remove it because it gets slow from time to time. The smaller tip on these tapes fits into the smaller areas that I feel are important for completing the job. EDIT: After using this tape for a bit. I don't find it to be of the same quality as my previous Stanley. The tape appears to be thin. I went back to my old Stanley but it eventually broke and now I use this Stanley tape but it doesn't work for me. Stanley needs to improve his game and use better steel for the bands.
