I am amazed at how much these things cost for what they are and how they work. I paid $56.70 for this item and it was already rusty when it arrived. Assembly was odd and difficult at times as the parts are not perfectly aligned and require a bit of punching and turning to get them into place. Also, the instructions are weird. It shows very clearly that you must connect the second middle piece (D) to the bottom pieces (A) BEFORE inserting the middle piece (C). If I had followed these instructions, I would not have been able to insert parts (C). But if you have half a brain, you can understand that it should NOT be put together like that. All of this indicates that it works and will be used in a warehouse, so beauty is not important. However, if I were to buy it for the home I would be very disappointed in its appearance (due to rust) and would probably return it. Just a word of caution: Not all 5 gallon water jugs are well sealed. In my experience, about 1 in 10 leaks, so feel free to place a towel under the sealed opening of the bottom jug for a few minutes (to avoid slipping) until you are sure all jars on your rack are properly sealed. If they leak, you'll know within 5-10 minutes.
