It's cute, but that's all it is!

This is not user friendly. It won't accommodate a big roll of paper towels. They won't spin and the screw holding the big fork is so small it is hard to to get it all together. The screw needs to be stationary and the tines on the fork need to be smaller so you don't need to take it apart to add a roll of paper towels. It's cute, but that's all it is.
