Review on Renewed Apple MacBook Air - 13-inch Retina Display, πŸ’» 1.6GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5, 256GB in Gold (Latest Model) by Mateusz Szlassa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

Unlike previous generations of Air, which were equipped with weak filling and were intended for typing and web surfing, the new MacBooks on M1 processors are already serious working machines, in most tasks showing themselves at the level of top-end mobile processors from Intel / AMD (and sometimes and better), and there is practically no difference between the Air and Pro versions in terms of performance (within the margin of error). Another question that interests many, incl. me. There are 2 versions of Air with 7 GPU cores and 8 (not to be confused with CPU cores, they are 8 in all versions). So, after looking at numerous reviews and tests, I came to the conclusion that there is practically no difference, or rather, it can be in graphics-demanding applications, which are not so many (games, video editing), but not noticeable there either. In general, one core does not make the weather, even if you plan to play on it) What it really makes sense to pay extra for is a larger SSD. The laptop is fast and powerful. I recommend.

Pros
  • +Compact + Lightweight + Retina screen is the same as in the Pro version +Powerful + Autonomy + No fan, which means it does not dust, but it does not heat up
Cons
  • -High markup on accessories - Impossible to upgrade - Rarely non-critical bugs ociated with the new processor and operating system -Total 2 USB ports and those are Type-c. So you need adapters.
