I have a GMC Sierra work truck, 4.8L V8. I was pleasantly surprised by its weight. I was expecting some plastic parts, but all the main parts were good metal with nice finishes. Installation was easy, found a youtube video with another one slightly more expensive but very similar. I saw where some said it was a bit big, despite what it looked like I had no problem closing the hood. I have a few concerns about how open it is and I might plan to close off the bottom where the original filter is as it is wide open and water could get into the filter. I would recommend this entry. I will update later with photos and problems.
