When I first received the product I was pleased with the quality of the packaging. I work in the transportation industry and I can tell you that the usual sign that a product is cheap is the packaging, or lack thereof (including photos of the box). Since the whole family eats plants, knives, chopping boards, vegetable graters, etc. are part of every meal. In fact, the product is better than in the description. We tried different boards, storage containers and brands. Certainly this product is better built and generally better quality than some well known high end brands. Ease of use in food preparation and storage is second to none at this stage. Sustainable bamboo! So far so good testing this product. As with anything you buy yourself, take care of it and it will take care of you. If you do all of these and have a problem, please contact the seller. So far we are happy with the purchase. I also buy a few more for family members.
