It may fit a small wrist, but the buckle side of the strap only goes up the side of my wrist, not around my back. The leather is great for the price ($11 when I bought it) and it looks as advertised but the sizing sucks. Still like it better than the plastic strap that came with the Apple Watch. If you have a medium or small wrist I think this might work, but not if your wrist is above average.
