I'm a bit sorry to give a negative review for this beard trimmer set. I contacted customer service to complain about the kit I received and received a prompt, courteous reply and a proposed solution in the form of a new kit. Fast and professional. Unfortunately, the second set was also bad. The curved scissors in the first set were poorly made. Looks like the curve was modified/bent by an amateur; The blades of the scissors didn't meet naturally and pulled out more hair than they cut. A pair of rounded tips cut well, but the tips were of different lengths and did not meet at the cutting ends. The wooden comb was great. I didn't use the plastic comb but it looked ok. The replacement set had bent scissors of the same unacceptable quality as the first set. This time the pair with rounded ends was better. The wooden comb has not been finished/sanded on the side of the large teeth, which is dangerous to use.
