Cannot get accurate RPM registration
Nice unit with battery included. I have not been able to get a RPM reading that is close to the actual engine RPM. The display shows 4 digits ending with zero. That would be fine, but the other three digits have nothing to do with actual engine speed. At idle it reads 3100 and at about 1/4 throttle it reads 5810. The maximum speed of the motor is 3600 MAX. I've checked the RPMs with an analog tachometer and the Timorn isn't even close. I will return it by buying a more expensive device.
