I am a small adult 5'11 and I found the adult leggings were about 1" larger in circumference. I ordered my first baby leggings from Bassdash (Ocean Mind) about a month ago and I love them so much! It doesn't fall off when I walk in and covers my nose and mouth. This is a great everyday face mask. I decided to order another case. Now I understand why some reviews say they are too small for children. Rainbow Scales leggings were a lot smaller than the ones I got from Ocean Mind. I thought it was coincidence so I sent the rainbow scale back and ordered a replacement. Same problem, much smaller than the Ocean Mind gaiters (and smaller than the item description). I love my first pair of leggings but be aware of size differences.
