OMG! I have a short term house rental where all linen and about 15 towels need to be washed every week 5 hours before guests arrive that day. My cleaner was supposed to bring the laundry home next week but NO MORE! Our old washing machine didn't spin the water well. and there was too much water in the dryer to dry and it would take two cycles to dry 7 towels. But now 6-7 towels are made in 30 minutes. and she does all the laundry (3-5 beds) and towels in the 4-5 hours she is supposed to work. I will come back to this review in a year to let you know if it is still ongoing. (Summer 2019) It worked great straight out of the box and we were able to stuff 3 large towels and a couple of towels into each twist. It takes 5 minutes to rotate. and you get 3 cups of water from 3 towels. We made the boot with 3 pairs of jeans and a bunch of underwear stuffed to the brim. worked great. It always starts out a bit shaky, but within 10 seconds it becomes smooth and fast - super fast! thanks Panda! highly recommended. I think the ones that didn't work were rare.
