The glue works so well it's almost impossible to remove.
Works as described. There is no indication of which piece goes where. Luckily YouTube has a video for it. The adhesive works so well that I found it almost impossible to remove the screen to reconnect the video cable. Since the strips were destroyed and this was the only set I bought I ended up using basting tape for the stitching which works even better.
