This lever arrived and I installed it in 5 minutes and ordered an OTC wiper puller 4676 along with it to make removing the old one easier. I couldn't believe the difference, the old arm deteriorated for a long time and left streaks every time I had to use the wipers. I would replace the other side if I don't sell the truck next week. I had no problems with this hand. Just make sure you order the right side, it's for the driver's side. Since the splines were missing, this didn't affect the use of this hand. I had to take it off once to align the lever and the splines on the shaft were completely intact. The sprayer worked perfectly at speed and in the parking lot. I can't say how long the arm will last, but it seemed just as finished as the original, which was so rusty.
