I'm sure there are some great RGB fan kits out there for the money. My goal was a low budget setup (under $600) that could play modern games at 1080p 60fps. For this reason I wanted to order my own fan set and was very satisfied with the quality, performance and design of this set. They were easy to install. I managed to neatly stow the cables in my case, just enough to pull things through as needed. The effects are great, and while fan speed isn't adjustable, everything else in this set is customizable: speed, brightness, mode, individual color change. The remote control is a nice touch, I can use my case as a night light or as a lamp in my living room. For the price if you are looking for a budget kit that will impress this is it. (Note: I do hear some very subtle fan whispers, but for my application it's not audible unless I'm actually working on the case and laying it in front of my face on a coffee table. Other than that, I can't say this kit suffers from "loud" fans as others have said. One thing I was worried about when ordering and glad it wasn't a problem for me.)
