Frustrated with accessories and consumables
I didn't send them back because most of those discs were good; but there were some bad discs in the box. Some of them seemed normal until you finished burning your first program, then the update took too long and you couldn't start or name the program and you found you had a bad disc. However, they were better than the Kodak and Maxwell drives I bought which had so many bad drives that I had no choice but to return them for a refund. The Verbatim discs seem to be the best I've found so far.
