I hope I never have to use this hammer; However, having this tool and not using it is always better than not having it in the event of an emergency/accident. I would pay that price for 1 hammer but I couldn't turn down 2 hammers at that price! I put one in my car and one in my wife's car. This safety hammer also comes with a mounting kit that can be placed in the car (in case of an emergency, the hammer should be nearby, not in the glove box). I like that the hammer is compact and light (4 ounces) and the color makes it easy for you to find it quickly. Finally, on the opposite end of the hammer, there's a blade that can cut through the seat belt. Another bonus is that you can replace/exchange the blade if it is damaged.
