I like being able to track my work, tasks or projects with ease through pivot n which allows me as well share them online for others who need help at any time of day! It's also very easy when you're away from your computer such during meetings/travels etc where having access via mobile app would be ideal (and available!).

As mentioned before it can sometimes lack features compared what other programs do but this could just come down more so than anything else if there are better options out already - try both free trial versions until deciding then purchase to enjoy the benefits long term without worrying about missing updates later. Tracking all project details across several departments within organization allowing us have one place view everything we touch upon each week-end including client feedback ensuring no loose ends left behind after leaving office every Monday morning.
