Review on 100Pcs 2N7000 TO-92 Sic Mosfet N-Channel Transistor - 200Ma MOS N-FET By Chanzon by Josh Goldsmith
The ones I checked in a breadboard circuit all worked
I tested about 15 and they all switched a 25 mA LED load with 3V square wave at 135 kHz on the gate. I recommend these 2N7000 Mosfets for DYI and Hobby projects.
