Years ago I did home air conditioning and used Yellow Jacket gauges. I gave them to my son for his work and so far I have not needed the sensors to work with my old car's air conditioning. This gauge set is just as good for a lot less money. Of course I will only use them occasionally, not every day. I've always hated short hoses and this kit comes with 5ft hoses which is exactly what I like. There are no leakage problems, they seal normally. The high side adapter is difficult to remove unless I turn the car off and wait for the pressure to equalize meaning I have to contend with less pressure on the high side. My high-side port isn't easy to access due to its location, and while waiting for the pressure to release I can squeeze the fitting just enough to raise the collar. It's an adapter, not sensors, which works great. Yes, I would recommend these sensors to a friend.
