As others have said, the adapter that came with it will not work with the T-connectors you buy in the store. Threads don't line up. You are dead in your tracks. So you should be more clear about the fact that the included adapter doesn't work. The second surprise was that the gauges are in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. Moisture causes a leak in the air conditioning system. They create a vacuum in the system to remove any moisture that may be in the device. Then the correct way to add freon is to connect the refrigerant to the yellow hose and through the connector connected to your gauges, remove all the air remaining in the hose until the refrigerant starts to splatter. This all happened when I used it for the second time. A ball bearing fell off the bottom of the quick coupler. The high side quick connector leaked when stuck.
