I don't know what "transparency" is. The only issue for me was that they fit my Ford Focus which has hollow pistons that hold clips on the brake pads. At first I tried straightening them out and pushing them in with a c-clip and spacer and it was very frustrating. Then I realized that you can just pull out the two side clips with needle nose pliers and the back clip is the only disappointment. The second shoe was much faster and less disruptive than the first. I don't think Power Stop could have dropped these clamps, but if they worked fine without them, I think it would be perfect. already several hundred km and I am glad that I have it. A definite improvement over the stock. Even though my car isn't fast and I don't drive it briskly.
