This is a truly tool-free aluminum enclosure that comes with a nice Type-C to Type-A cable and a Type-A to Type-C adapter , so you can use the cable Type-C on both ends. The screw that secures the SSD can be tightened with your fingers, so a screwdriver is not required. I installed a SanDisk 500GB SSD from an old laptop and after formatting I get a consistent speed of 375-400Mbps. Unlike my SanDisk Extreme, the speed doesn't jump up and down due to a full buffer. I like the consistency and high speed when working with video files etc. There are some bad reviews where people say the case doesn't work with their drives. If you look at the photos, they are trying to install NVMe M.2 drives instead of M.2 SATA. Your disc should have 2 dimples at the end of the B and B&M buttons.
