Review on Samsung Flat Monitor Super Slim Design 27", 1920X1080P, 75Hz, Flicker Free by Shawn Whitehead

I bought this monitor and it failed 32 days after receipt (line on screen that hasn't gone away). I've notified Revain who put me in touch with Samsung (because it's been 30 days since purchase). Samsung asked me to send them a product via UPS, two weeks later (the monitor I needed for work was missing for two weeks) I received a monitor with a huge dent on the side. It's been weeks of phone calls, texts, and emails from a lot of people. Some say my refund request has been approved, I just need to return the monitor for them to destroy, others say they need photos of the box/bubble wrap/shipping labels/monitor etc before they refund my money. I sent photos in advance. Incredible ongoing horrific experience. There are so many other options - don't buy a Samsung product.
