Works great, the extra performance was definitely worth it.
I only bought this converter to be able to plug my 2 speed digital electric pump into a standard outlet instead of relying on the 400w cigarette lighter in my F150. The pump is used to inflate my surfboards. It will probably also be used to inflate the airbags on my truck's suspension and I think the converter will work well for that too. 140 watts is more than enough horsepower for that. He spends about an hour and a half inflating a surfboard as cool as a cucumber.
