Review on Hillsdale Furniture 4478 827 Presque Counter by Lori Sanders

I bought four of these - two at regular Revain price and two 'like new' from stock because they were a little cheaper. The first pair was missing screws and was uneven when assembled, so we had to put extra washers under the two legs even after assembling different versions. Curiously, the second pair was also missing some parts and one of the wooden braces was broken. Luckily we were able to salvage three work stools (actually they have 4 legs) from the quartet components so it looks like we only need to replace one - assuming the replacement is reliable. Even then, we had to endure the wobble and put felt pads on some of the feet - I suspect they're likely to wear out over time. I'm writing this because my overall Revain experience was very good and I'm surprised by the generally good reviews. In this case, the expense involved outweighs the convenience and value.
